Landowner investment partnerships

We operate numerous investment models including Development Right Agreements (DRA) with landowners.

DRA’s provides owners with the opportunity to retain an interest in their asset and share in the development profits, whilst limiting their risk.

This model is ideally suited to owners who have either limited access to capital and/or limited development experience.

These types of structures require external capital to be provided by County Property directly or jointly as part of a development syndicate.
